Several large raw Mushrooms
2 T. Butter, melted
1 c. Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/4 c. Pecans, chopped
1/4 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms. Twist off the stems and save for another use. Lay mushrooms on their tops on an oven-proof pan. Mix butter, cracker crumbs and pecans.
Spoon mixture into mushroom cavities and top with cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
