Garlic -- entire bulb
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Red onion
Peperoncini
Basil
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off top and wrap whole unpeeled garlic in foil. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes or until soft. Remove from oven and squeeze garlic out of husk. Mash with olive oil. Place on a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add cheddar cheese, red onion and peperoncini to plate. Sprinkle all with basil. Very tasty! Serve with crackers.
