1 c. Delrich Margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs and blend well. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar. Add the flour mixture gradually to the creamed mixture. Add vanilla and chill dough thoroughly. Rool on a floured pastry cloth to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 425º.
