1 pound ground meat
1 large potato (diced)
1 medium onion (diced)
1 can mixed vegetables (peas, carrot, etc).
1 can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 can biscuits
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat, and drain. Add cup up raw potatoes and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mixed vegetables, tomato sauce, and chili powder. Pour all ingredients into casserole. Top with biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees until biscuits are browned.

I used to cook this often when Kyle and I lived in Kilgore and were attending college. Sometimes I think I may have cooked it several times a week. I don't remember if we just liked it that much or if it was the only thing I knew how to cook.
