2 c. warm Water
1 T. Sugar
1 t. Salt
4-5 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Rise about an hour or until double. Dump into a greased jellyroll pan let rise again until double. Topping options: Drizzle top with melted butter or sprinkle with parmesan or asiaga cheese, grated or poppy or sesame seeds Bake until golden brown.

20 minutes at 400˚
10 minutes at 350˚
