1 pkg wiener buns
1 lb hamburger
1 medium onion, diced
1 tsp cumin seed
salt and pepper
1 small can tomato juice
1/2 lb American cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
brown hamburger and onion, add tomato juice, cumin seed, salt and pepper and simmer until most of juice is gone, add cheese and stir until melted, place in split wiener bun ( stand on sides in pan)
Bake @ 400 oven or until bun browns
Prepare mixture ahead and keep in refrigerator until ready to use
