1 sm jar dried chipped beef
8 split checken breasts
8 slices of bacon
1 c sour cream
1 sm jar undrained mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking dish with chipped beef. Wrap each chicken breast with bacon and place on top of beef. Place remaining beef on top of chicken. Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Do not salt. Cover with foil and bake 30 min @ 350*. Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes.

NOTE: Be sure to pound out chicken breasts and tenderize first.
Also may add a little onion and garnish with cheese on top after it comes out of oven. Good either way...

This was one of my fathers favorite Sunday dishes. It could be prepared the night before and baked the next day.
