4 lbs peeled and chopped ripe tomatoes
2 boxes powdered fruit pectin
2 cans crushed pineapple w/ juice
4 tsp worchestershire sauce
4 T vinegar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
11 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring tomatoes to a quick boil then simmer stirring for 10 minutes. Add the pectin pineapple and seasonings. Bring to hard boil stirring constantly. Add the sugar bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for just 1 minute stirring constantly. Take from heat and skim off foam. Stir and skim for 5 minutes so mixture will be clear.
NOTE: Use a wooden spoon for cooking but use a metal spoon for skimming.
Pour skimmed jelly into jars and seal...
