Ingredients:  
1 medium onion
2 tbp butter
1 cup finely minced ham
1 cup finely minced corned beef
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 tbs prepared mustard
Parsley to taste
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups sauerkraut, drained and finely chopped
1/2 cup beef broth
Flour for thickening
2 eggs well beaten
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs

Directions:

1. Saute onion in butter
2. Add ham and corned beef
3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often
4. Add garlic salt, mustard, parsley, pepper, sauerkraut, beef stock, and enough flour to thicken
5. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes
6. Shape into one inch balls
7. Refrigerate for 1 hour
8. Roll balls in flour
9. Dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs
10. Fry in 370º oil until brown
