1- 5lb Standing Rib Roast
1 Tablespoon Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover Rib Roast in 1 Tablespoon of seasoning (1/2 cup salt, 1/8 cup black pepper, 1/8 cup garlic powder, mix together) put on baking rack and into oven uncovered - roast for 1-hr. Turn off oven (DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR), let sit for 3 hours, about 40 minutes before serving, turn oven back on and let cook at 375. Take out of oven only when your ready to slice and serve. Enjoy!
