6 large pork chops, or pork loins
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup ketchup
1 Can Beer
2 Tbs Corn Starch
1 Medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Season each pork chop with salt and pepper and arrange in baking dish.

Combine sugar, ketchup, onion, Corn Starch, and beer. Pour sauce over chops. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until very tender. Baste with sauce every so often.

I do this in a crock pot on low all day.

My grandmother Helen used to make these pork chops, I made them often when my kids were younger, we really enjoy them.
