10 medium potatoes
1 onion, sliced
4 slices bread, cubed
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb cheddar cheese grated
3/4 cup milk
1 cup cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft and slice them. Combine all the ingredients except cornflakes in a bowl. Spread into a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350º for 40 minutes, add cornflakes on top and bake another 10 - 20 or until cornflakes are toasted.
