8 oz pasta
4 t olive oil
16 oz meat of choice (chicken, seafood, sausage)
16 oz chopped vegetables of choice
4 t chopped fresh garlic
1 c pesto
12 T milk
1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
8 oz crumbly cheese of your choice (goat, feta, gorgonzola, etc)

Cook pasta of your choice as directed on pasta box. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meat, vegetables, and garlic. Cook until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain pasta and toss with pesto and milk. Add meat and veggie mix to pasta; mix well. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
