1 lb fresh asparagus, cut into 1-1/2" pieces
1 (1 lb) pkg frozen ravioli
1/2 cup milk
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp freshly grated lemon peel
1 cup ham, diced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large large pot of water to a boil. Add asparagus and blanch for 2 - 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove asparagus from water with a slotted spoon and put into a colander. Rinse with cold water, drain and set aside. In same pot of boiling water, add ravioli and cook according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in medium sauce pan, combine milk, cream cheese, butter, and lemon peel. Whisk over low heat until smooth and warm (5 minutes). Stir in ham, parmesan cheese, and pepper. Toss in cooked and drained ravioli and asparagus.

Serve immediately.
