1 Unbaked Pie Shell

1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
3 Tbs. flour
5 eggs
2 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour. Beat eggs with buttermilk and vanilla. Add slowly to mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 325º for 45 minutes-1hour.
