Pumpkin Dessert Recipe

1 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Layer # 2:
1 lb. can pumpkin
13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves

1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

For crust, mix flour, oatmeal, br. sugar and butter until crumbly. Bake in an ungreased 9"x13" pan at 350 for 15 minutes.
Beat pumpkin, milk, eggs,sugar, and spices. Pour over crust and bake for 20 minutes. Add the toppping and then bake for an additional 15 minutes more. Serve with whipped cream.
