1 pkg stove top cornbread stuffing mix
4 chicken breasts (I pound them flat)
1 (8 oz) pkg swiss cheese slices
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing mix to package directions and set aside.

In a crock pot pour melted butter, place chicken breasts, cover with swiss cheese, pour soup mix over chicken and cheese, try to spread soup evenly.
Top with stuffing mix.
Cook on low all day.

If you don't have a crock pot you can bake this in the over at 350º for 30 minutes.

I was going through my old cooks books when I ran across this recipe, I was really happy to find this one, I used to make this when my kids were little, this was one of those really good comfort food recipes!
