2 pieces chicken
8 mushrooms
4 green onions (sliced)
4 Tbsp Margarine
4 Tbsp Flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup grated cheese (moz,cheddar,swiss)
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup flour
pinch salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp oil

Simmer chicken. Saute 1 tbsp margarine with mushrooms & green onions than add chicken.
White sauce - melt 3 tbsp margarine, add flour and mix to remove lumps. Add milk and chicken stock and bring to boil. Add cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix chicken mixture with 3/4 of white sauce and stir gently.

Crepes - combine 1 1/2c. flour and salt, Beat milk,oil and eggs together than add liquids to flour mixture beating as liquid is poured. Beat until smooth.

Assembly - Fill crepes with chicken mixture and roll up. Place them in a greased baking dish and pour remaining sauce over them.

Bake 350F for 20mins or until golden brown
