1 cup butter
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 T. corn syrup (Karo)
2 T. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup choc. chips
1/3 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, cornsyrup, and water in deep 2 qt. bowl. Microwave uncovered 4 minutes. Stir. Microwave 6-8 minutes or until 300 degrees is reached. Stir in vanilla. Pour onto ungreased 9x13 pan. Spread evenly. Sprinkle with choc. chips. Spread when melted. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool, then break into pieces.
