Dressing:
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Coleslaw:
1 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups red and green cabbage, finely chopped
may add onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix coleslaw ingredients in a bowl. Pour dressing over all and toss. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Will keep about 5 days.
