French Bread
8 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cups sugar
3 tsps. cinnamon
2 apples, peeled and sliced
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into 1 1/2 inch slices and place in greased 11x14 glass pan. Beat eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, milk, and vanilla and pour 1/2 of the mixture over the bread. Arrange the sliced apples over the bread. Pour remaining mixture over the apples. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of apples and dot with the butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with syrup
