2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
1 medium onion
2 cups milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/8 lb cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cabbage, carrots and onion in boiling salt water for 20 minutes. Drain and put in greased casserole dish. Make cheese sauce with remaining ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in 350º oven for 20 minutes.
