Beef Stroganoff Recipe

1 1/2 round steak, cut in thin strips
1/4 cup flour
dash pepper
1/4 cup oleo
1 can ( 4oz) sliced mushrooms drained
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small clove garlic minced
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed beef broth or consume
1 cup sour cream
3 cups cooked noodles ( may use rice)

Dust meat with flour and pepper in skillet, brown meat in butter, add mushrooms, onion and garlic, brown lightly, stir in soup, cover and cook slowly for 1 hour or until meat is tender, gradually blend in sour cream, cook over low heat for 5 minutes

serve over noodles--4 generous servings
rice uncooked 1 1/2 cups
