1/2 Cup Plain Flour,
1 cup sugar,
2 cups milk,
125 g melted butter,
4 eggs,
1 cup coconut,
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. Pour into greased pie dish. Bake for 1 hour at 180ºC or 350ºF. The flour will settle to the bottom to make crust, coconut floats to top, and custard like filling.
