12 oz. package chocolate chips
1 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
2 2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chips and butter over low heat. Remove from burner and stir in sugar. Add milk gradually. Return to burner and bring to boil and boil for eight minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Makes about five cups.

Reheat amount needed and pour over pound cake or ice cream. Store unused portion in refrigerator.
