Ingredients:  
1 16oz bag of vegetables (I use California Blend);
1 medium onion;
1/2 stick of butter;
1 small jar of Cheese Whiz, melted in microwave;
1 c uncooked rice;
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables and drain. Saute onions in butter then add to vegetables. Add last three ingredients and stir well. Place mixture in a 9x9 baking dish, sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour uncovered.
