1 or 2 eggs
A-1 Sauce
Oatmeal
Ground Meat - beef, turkey, pork, or combination

Directions:

Whisk eggs in baking pan. (I use a loaf pan for 1 to 2 pounds of meat and a 9x12 pan for 2 to 4 pounds of meat.)
A dollop or two of A-1 sauce. Mix together.
Add oatmeal - enough to be moistened with the egg/A-1 mixture.
Add ground meat. Mix with hand until oatmeal is relatively evenly distributed.
Pat down evenly in pan.
Bake at 350 F for 30-45 minutes
