Directions:
Fry sliced onions in bacon grease until caramelized. Prepare at least 24 servings of instant potatoes according to package directions. Combine caramelized onions with potatoes and mix well. Melt a 2 lb. box of velveeta cheese with milk until smooth. Pour 1/4th of melted cheese on each pizza shell and spread out allowing 1" around outer edge to be free of cheese. When cheese firms up, spread 1/4th of the prepared potato/onion mixture on each shell covering shells to the outer edge to seal in the cheese. Salt and pepper each pizza to taste and bake at 350º for 12 to 15 minutes.
