1 Whole Chicken (about 3 lbs)
1 package pepperidge farm stuffing mix
2 cans creamy soup (cream of chicken, mushroom or celery)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in water until done. Remove the skin and bones. Place chicken in bottom of a 9x13 glass dish.

Dice into bite size pieces.
Cover with 2 cans of soup.
Spoon a little of the broth over the soup.

Mix stuffing according to the package directions and place on top .

Bake at 350º until it bubbles around the edges. Usually about 40-45 minutes
