8 cup sifted flour
5 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 cup shortening
2/3 cup milk (more or less)

Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt, cut in shortening. May be sotred in fridge well covered.

Tea Biscuits - 3 cups mixed ingredients, add enough milk to form dough. Knead on floured board, roll to 3/4" thickness and cut into 2" rounds or squares.

Bake 450º for 10 minutes.
