2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2 medium cucumbers, diced
1 large bell pepper, diced
10 small green onions, diced
1/2 stalk celery, diced
1 small container cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 bag radishes, diced
1 head lettuce, shredded
1 medium bag taco chips, broken
1 bag yellow cheese, shredded
1 bag white cheese, shredded
2 small bottles olives (green, stuffed, whole)
1 can pitted black olives (whole)
salt and pepper to taste
1 large bottle Thousand island dressing
