1 c. boiling water,
1 small lemon jello,
1 can 15 3/4 oz crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
1/2 c. diced Tokay grapes,
1/2 c. chopped nuts,
1 or 2 sliced bananas,
1 c. 7-Up,
1 1/2 c. marshmallows

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool. Add 7-Up and cool till partially jelled. Drain pineapple juice & save for topping. Fold in pineapple, grapes, bananas, marshmallows and nuts. Chill until firm. Add topping & chill over night.

1/4 c. sugar,
1 Tbl. flour,
1/2 c. pineapple juice,
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
Cook over low heat until thick stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 Tbl. butter. Cool. Add cool whip, (1 cup or more). Spread on jello and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
