Velvet Crumb Cake Recipe

3 cups Bisquick,
2 eggs,
2 tsp. vanilla,
1 cup sugar,
4 Tbl. shortening,
1 cup milk

Beat on low for 30 seconds, then on high 4 minutes. Pour into pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool while making topping.

1 cup coconut,
1/2 cup pecans,
4 Tbl. milk,
2/3 cup packed brown sugar,
6 Tbls. butter or margarine,
Spread on cake and put under broiler for 3 minutes. (Double topping Recipe).
