2 lb. stew meat
3 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
4 whole cloves, broken up
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. allspice
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 can tomatoes
1 can beef broth
1 jar small onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all spices in a cup; set aside. Brown meat in oil in a large Dutch oven or iron pot with lid. Add other ingredients. Add spices; bring to a boil. Cover. Place in a 350º oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

Serve over pasta, macaroni, rice, or spaghetti.
