French bread
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. orange juice
3 tsp. vanilla
2 T. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cut French bread 1 inch thick. Mix remaining ingredients. Poke the bread with a fork as you place it into to the egg mixture so the mixture goes into the bread. Place in frying pan that has one cube of Nuco (butter/margarine) in it and brown. Serve with hot jam, hot syrup or butter. The remaining breakfast could be sausage, hash brown potatoes, cantaloupes and hot pero (an instant beverage).
