1 medium onion chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2 small cans tomato paste
3 C. hot water
1 C. lasagna noodles (the kind that don't need to be cooked)
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese

Fry meat and onion until color disappears. Add salt, Italian seasoning, tomato paste, and hot water. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes.

Layer the noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sauce in a 13x9x2 pan. Repeat layers, ending in sauce.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
