Ingredients:  
1 can of chick peas(also called garbanzo beans)set aside the water from the can,
1 or 2 cloves of garlic to taste,
juice of 1/2 lemon,
1/2 the water from the can of chick peas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Add salt and pepper to taste. If more water is needed, add the remaining water saved from the can.

Pour the hummus into a bowl and set on a platter surrounded by fresh vegetables and/or pita bread.
