50ml Grand Marnier
2 punnets strawberries, washed and hulled
4 tablespoons caster sugar
1 cup thickened cream
Directions:
Directions:
Pour Grand Marnier over strawberries, cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Add sugar to cream. Whip until it forms stiff peaks.
Puree one third of strawberries. Stir puree through whipped cream. Divide remaining strawberries into 6 dessert dishes. Spoon cream over and serve immediately.
