2 chickens (boiled - save broth for Rice-a-Roni)
2 boxes Chicken Rice-a-Roni
Grated cheese
Diced onions
Diced celery
Crushed pineapple
Diced tomatoes
Coconut - shredded
Sliced/slivered almonds
Crunchy Chinese noodles
Chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Shred chicken. Prepare rice. Set everything in bowls on the table. Serve with hot chicken broth.

Place/pile chicken, etc. high onto your plate. Pour a small amount of hot broth on your "pile". Eat with fork rather than fingers.

I usually buy Costco's roasted chicken and shred it. Then I heat use all of the "offerings" usually. This is easy and good!
