4-5 slices sourdough bread, cubed
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage links (or 1 lb. crumbled sausage)
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/4 cups milk
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Brown sausage, cut into bite-size pieces and place on cheese. Beat together eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking dilute mushroom soup with 1/2 can of milk and pour over casserole. Bake uncovered at 325 deg. for 1 hour. The more cheese and sausage the better.
