1 onion diced
1 can of black beans
1 can of kidney beans
2 cans of diced tomatos with chilies
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
I packet of taco seasoning
3 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients but chicken in crockpot. Lay chicken on top.Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. 30 minutes before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir in. This is good eaten with cheese and sour cream on top. Serve with tortilla chips.

My family loves this and I love anything I can fix and forget. Christmas 2008 I actually DID forget it as we went out to eat with Slater and Pamela Lawrence. I ended up remaking the same dish the next day as everyone had looked forward to it!
