1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
3 Mackintosh toffee bars
marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Place first three ingredients in double boiler and heat until melted. Keep warm. Dip marshmallows in toffee mixture and roll in crushed rice krispies.

Note from Mom: Doubled recipe will cover one 400-gram package of marshmallows.

1 bag of small Mackintosh toffee candies is the same as 3 Mackintosh toffee bars (which are no longer available in Canada)
