5 pounds-Chicken wings/separated into one bone and two bone pieces
flour
salt
pepper
garlic
peanut oil for deep frying
Sauce
Crystal hot sauce
Texas Pete hot sauce
1 stick butter
Blue Cheese dressing
celery sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil to 350º for deep frying.
Place cut chicken wings in mixture of flour seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. Shake excess flour off before placing in hot oil. Cook wings for 20 minutes, drain well and shake with sauce. Serve immediately.
Sauce:
On stove, melt both hot sauces and butter together to desired heat-more or less hot sauce to taste. When wings are done, pour sauce over wings and shake. Serve hot with blue cheese and celery sticks.
