Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef, not too lean
1/4 c. grated onion
1 T. garlic powder
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. oatmeal or bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. flour, blended with oil, add 1/2 c. water
1 can consommé, beef
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 small carton sour cream
egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 8 ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls, brown in skillet, set aside.

Blend next four ingredients, with no lumps, bring to boil,add meatballs, cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Add sour cream before serving.

Serve over egg noodles.
