3 lb hamburger,
bunch celery,
1 big fat onion,
1 green pepper,
1 can corn,
1 lb spaghetti - cooked,
1 qt tomatoes,
1/2 lb American cheese - grated,
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients saving a few slices of cheese. Cook covered at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Stir as needed and add water or tomato juice if required. Uncover last 1/2 hour and top with cheese slices.

Mom writes, "Serves 20 you may want to make only 1/2 recipe and invite a friend". This was always good for a large family gathering or a potluck at the Methodist church. (There were all sorts of jokes about taking Presbyterian Goulash to a Methodist potluck!)
