Pork Tenderloin
1 can coke
16 oz. Salsa
2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork tenderloin in crockpot. Fill with water until roast is pretty well covered. Cook on high for 5 hours.
Drain off water, rinse out crock pot. Shred port and put back in crockpot.
Mix together coke, salsa and brown sugar. Pour over the roast. Cover and continue to cook on high for 2-3 hours.
