1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
10 oz. Frozen Spinach, thawed, squeezed dry, & chopped
3 Green Onions, chopped
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 c. Mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can Water Chestnuts, drained and finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Chill overnight.

This dip is best served with crusty bread or fresh vegetables. I like to hollow out a loaf of sweet Hawaiian bread and use as a bowl for the dip. This is always a big hit for when you have company over.
