2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can chili beans, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
1 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 to 2 cans whole kernel corn-undrained
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
1 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 to 2 cups water
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute hamburger with onion, drain grease and combine with all other ingredients. Cook at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with grated cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.

This is a super easy soup. After cooking your ground beef, everything else is just open a can and dump. Hardest part is chopping your onions and if you have a food processor that part isn't hard either.
