2 cups cake flour
2 eggs
6 tsp melted butter
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup cream
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
oil for baking

Combine cake flour, salt and baking powder in bowl.
Beat eggs and milk together in separate bowl.
Gradually add the dry ingredients, beating all the time. Beat in first the cream, then the melted butter.

Let batter stand 1 hour before making crepes.

Pan need only be greased once.

You can keep crepes warm over a saucepan of boiling water or covered in the oven at 200F
