1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tsp. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Water
1/2 lb. Boneless Beef, Round Steak, (thin slices)
1-1/2 Cup Brocolli Florets
1 Carrot (thin sliced)
3 Ounces Frozen Pea Pods
1 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp. Veg Oil Divided
4 Ounce Water Chestnuts, undrained,
Hot Cooked Rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, and water until smooth. Add beef and toss to coat; set aside. In a large skillet, stir fry brocolli, carrots, pea pods, and onion in 1-1/2 tsp. oil for 1 minute. Stir in chestnuts. Cover and simmer for 1 minute. Remove and keep warm. In the same skillet, stir fry beef in remaining oil until meat reaches desired doneness. Return vegetables to pan; toss. Serve over rice.
